About Us
Moncore is a real estate consulting company primarily focused on Montenegro’s emerging market, with intentions to apply a pan-regional approach across other Balkan markets in the near future. We provide design and consultancy services, act as local operating partner and manage projects on behalf of our investors. In parallel, we co-invest in development projects offering opportunistic expected returns.
Moncore’s design services include architectural, structural, MEP and interior design. So far we have developed and delivered complex projects through all design stages – from initial concept to construction drawings.
Our team originates almost exclusively from the region, combines strong local investment and operational experience with the best Western European practices in terms of due diligence, deal structuring, project management and value creation capabilities.
